my heart is unsettled is a body of work that explores the uneasy space between intimacy and displacement—how emotional connection can feel both grounding and destabilizing at once. I am interested in the tension between attachment and impermanence, especially in relation to ideas of identity and home. Rather than treating home as a fixed place or identity as something stable, I approach both as emotional constructions and confessions shaped by memory, longing, absence, and change.
